Charter for responsible software
Internauticos is committed to careful, law-aware, high-quality software development. This charter describes the principles against which I measure my work and every selected collaboration.
Law and responsibility
I develop and deliver in line with the applicable laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, the relevant regulations of the Free State of Bavaria, and European Union law. Requirements are reviewed, documented, and communicated openly for each project.
Data protection and minimisation
The GDPR and the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) frame how personal data is handled. Products should process only necessary data, pursue clear purposes, and include appropriate deletion, access, and protection concepts.
Responsible AI
AI systems are designed following the risk-based approach of the EU AI Act. Transparency, human oversight, data quality, and clear limits are part of the implementation. AI does not replace responsible human decisions where rights or significant interests are affected.
Security from the start
Security and privacy by design are part of the architecture: secure defaults, least privilege, maintained dependencies, encryption, reviewable changes, and responsible handling of vulnerabilities.
Accessible digital solutions
Accessibility is considered early. Where the BFSG, BITV 2.0, or contractual requirements apply, they are implemented as concrete requirements; beyond that, established standards serve as a quality benchmark.
Quality from Bavaria
Internauticos stands for solutions from Bavaria: carefully planned, clearly built, tested, and maintainable for the long term. I don't promise perfection — I promise traceable decisions, honest limits, and the willingness to fix mistakes promptly.
Legal reference points
The current law applicable to each specific project is always decisive. These official sources serve as the main orientation:
