The website uses Cloudflare for content delivery, DNS, firewall, DDoS protection, and other security functions. In doing so, technical request data such as IP address, date and time, requested resource, browser information, and security signals may be processed to deliver and protect the website.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interests are secure, reliable, and efficient website operation. Cloudflare may process data outside the European Economic Area using recognised transfer safeguards described in its Data Processing Addendum.

Cloudflare Web Analytics is used for aggregated usage statistics. According to Cloudflare, this service does not use cookies, localStorage, or fingerprinting and does not collect or use visitors’ personal data for analytics. Internauticos does not use advertising, marketing, or cross-site tracking tools.

Technical log data may be processed to detect attacks, investigate errors, and maintain availability. It is retained only as long as necessary for these purposes or as required by law, then deleted or anonymised.

When you contact Internauticos, the information you provide is used to answer your request and, where relevant, to prepare or perform a contract. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for contractual matters and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for other legitimate correspondence.

Data is shared only with service providers needed to operate the website or fulfil a request, where a legal basis exists. Data is retained only for the relevant purpose and applicable statutory retention obligations.

Subject to the legal requirements, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing. You may also lodge a complaint with a competent data-protection supervisory authority. Where processing relies on consent, consent may be withdrawn for the future at any time.
